I am located in California and went to India to get my son married. Abhishek Roy was a name I found from the internet and after talking to him over phone I was impressed by his confidence, communication skills and knowledge about the various ceremonies that are included in Bengali weddings these days. At that time, I was confident that he knows his job well. Our events were scattered over two venues in Asansol and one venue in Kolkata over three days where punctuality was an essence of the contract that I had with him. Despite his other commitments, Abhishek and his team worked diligently and arrived well ahead of time for all our functions. After the events we went back to California and Abhishek worked directly with my daughter-in-law over a couple of months through phone and /or WhatsApp messages etc. to prepare the still pictures, select the ones for the album, create teasers for the video, editing etc. to the satisfaction of my daughter-in-law. All through his patience and cordial nature of communication remained un-yielding. Abhishek’s leadership skills backed by the experience of his team worked seamlessly to plan, execute and finally deliver the final product to us to the best of our satisfaction and within our agreed budget and time.
